Pioneering New Frontiers in Pharmaceutical Process Control

Enabling accurate, real-time molecular analysis to increase throughput and prevent contamination

Our innovations in digital molecular sensors are small, powerful, and act in real-time making them particularly valuable in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Freeze drying or lyophilization is a common process in the manufacture of many different pharmaceuticals like drugs and vaccines. One of the key areas of risk during this complex process is contamination of the product, so monitoring and measurement are critical to ensuring potential trace contamination risks are identified and mitigated as quickly as possible.

Utilizing our molecular sensors in products designed for the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment results in rapid, precise analysis during every part of the process--ultimately, protecting against costly contamination and increasing process throughput.

Increase Quality and Efficiency

Improving measurement and analysis drives improved consistency and cost benefits

Prevent Contamination

Contamination risk during pharmaceutical manufacturing is high both from microscopic leaks from additional materials like silicone oil or excess moisture buildup. Our high sensitivity lyophilization products allow for earlier detection of these events preventing expensive product loss and retroactive analysis.

Increase Throughput

Optimizing the secondary drying time can significantly increase throughput because this is the most time consuming phase in the lyophilization process. Our sensors are so precise, that fixed drying times are replaced by real time molecular moisture data--ensuring efficiency and reducing manual administration and analysis.

Extend Shelf Life

One of the key benefits of lyophilization is shelf-life--the lower the moisture content in the product the better the longevity. Our detection sensitivity is greater than x100 better than legacy solutions and provides this very precise analysis helping optimize this stage of the process and ultimately enabling extended product shelf-life.
